I have these really small “meditation” rocks that my boyfriend’s family gave me. I have had them for a year or so and I still don’t know what to do with them. Does anyone have any idea of what to do? They have some sort of powder on them which gives them a special aroma.
No, David, that is not what I am talking about. Thanks for looking. The rocks I have are mostly all of a pale color. There’s even a shell or two in here and a few crystal type stones. There’s also what looks like a few potpourri type things.

I have a relation with arthritis in her knee and foot and she would be interested in using aromatherapy oils to help her situation. I would be very grateful if somebody could recommend oils/ oil blends that would be suitable for this. I am aware that some oils have dangers or cautions to take note of when using them. That information would also be useful but if not I can try find the information myself.

hey, I have to write an essay either on:

Aromatherapy (using smells to like heal urself kinda thing)

Homeopathy (taking chemical pills to heal)
or
Reflexology (touching peoples feet)

I can’t really decide as they’re all just so appealing, so which do you think would be the easiest to write about?

Essay is about 1-2 pages.

I’m sure there is variations on this depending on strength of the essential oils and all of that. But just for a starting point, do you know what would be the proper ratio of oil to water for Aromatherapy using a Vaporizer?
I assume the vaporizer part is inconsequential also but just thought I would throw that in there.
My vap has an attachment to hold a few tablespoons, give or take, of liquid for this exact purpose but I can’t find anything that tells me how much oil to ‘mix’ into the water…
Only that I should use distilled water.
