The art of combining essential oils into pleasant scents that improve not only the mood but the health of the people who use them has been around for centuries. There are many people who not only mix, but gather their own essential oils. For the rest of us there are many prepared products formulated specifically for stress and anxiety that are as easy to use as applying hand lotion or breathing in lightly scented air.
