There are many benefits of aromatherapy and many ways that aromatherapy can be used for men and women of all ages.

4. Aromatherapy can be used in several different ways and doesn’t require a specific method of delivery. Some essential oils can be ingested, others are inhaled by using aromatherapy candles, diffusers and sachets, and some are applied to the body in creams or baths.
5. Relaxation and stress relief is a common trait of most aromatherapy oils, this leads to not only relieving physical issues but also relieving the anxiety that can go along with them.

No matter how the natural holistic essential oils are obtained, the healing properties are evident with the first use, lifted moods, relaxation and the feel of stress flowing away is how many people describe their first encounter with an aromatherapy product.
